Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

OUR REFUND POLICY

Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read 'sources available' section. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date

INSTALLATIONS

We install all of our products directly either on your server or ours. Installation is included and required as a condition of your purchase.

ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT

In order to permit Us to protect the quality of our site and services, You hereby consent to our employees being able to access your hosting account as necessary to install, update, troubleshoot or investigate allegations of abuse. We shall not disclose the existence or occurrence of such an investigation unless required to by law.

4. You may not copy text or images not deemed for resell including but not limited to instructions, software, interface and images.

5. You may not use the ScreenGaze servers for spam, adult material, harassment or any illegal content or activity.

6. You may not use bots or software to scan and download any member's area.

7. You may not provide false or misleading information concerning your identity.

8. You may not resell any scripts or programs without prior written consent.

ASSIGN

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from our company.

INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

You may not disclose any order information which includes but is not limited to Order ID, download link, etc.

ANTIFRAUD CHECK

Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for longer term (around 20 hours) for more serious investigation. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.

THIRD-PARTIES SERVICES

ScreenGaze may use third parties to provide certain services accessible through the Web Site. We do not control those third parties or their services, and you agree that our company will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services. These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies. You must comply with such terms and policies as well as these TOS when you use these services.
